「I have to be honest and say I thought the area looked a little sketchy at first getting to the property but I was pleasantly surprised as we got closer and I felt safe in the area. It was a nice, convenient drive to the George R. Brown Convention center which was our reason for visiting the area. The only thing that I would say is if you are used to sleeping in a dark room you may want to bring an eye mask as the bedroom is right by the front door and the neighbor's light was shining through...

「Excellent. Everything I needed for a weeklong work trip when I was not going out to any restaurants and needed to be able to cook all my own food. The bed is not the comfiest but it was fine. WiFi connection was excellent. It was clean as well. The host is extremely responsive. 」

「Check in was easy. However we didnt plan on housing with roaches. After seeing roaches in the kitchen and on the eating table it was hard to get past that. The bed was terrible it squeaked every time my spouse turned over and the towels were wore out and although clean had big brown spots on them and looked dirty. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. Wont make the mistake of renting again. 」

「This was one of the cleaner VRBO properties that I have stayed. check-in had a small hurdle, as the key fobs were recently updated prior to our arrival and failed to work properly. But we had good communication with the host and were given the gate code to enter the property. No real issues or concerns with the place and we would recommend it to folks needing a place to stay near MD Anderson.」
