「We enjoyed our stay and I’m happy to give a 5 star review. The unit was just as advertised and we were pleased to find it quiet and at the same time, an easy walk to nearby stores. The gym was also in great condition. Both beds were very comfortable!」

「Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again.」

「This is a super quaint and charming apartment. A little old, but decorated appropriately for its age. Loved the classic appliances. Made me feel like I was back at my grandmas in New Orleans. Ideal for a couple or single escape. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was really comfortable.The host was always very responsive to all our questions.Very safe neighborhood that is being upgraded to be even better. We walked around quite a lot.Awesome location. Walking distance to grocery store,...

「Nice apt, great gym and pool, good location. Bed can only be accessed on one side so I wouldnt recommend to elderly couples or if one has mobility issues. Set up as a nice student studio, in fact there are a lot of students in that building. Very quiet though, no issues, there is security on site who hangs in the underground parking lot.」

「Overall the stay was great. Room was clean, about the size of a hotel room. Only issues we had with room was the upstairs neighbors had children that were running around A LOT. Also they did not have face wash cloths so bring your own or a loofa to shower. There is street parking only. We unfortunately had our truck broken into and had to get the window replaced. Luckily we found a gentleman who was able to fix it in a pinch. There was no cameras around to see who did it but we didn’t leave...

「This lovely apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to museums, parks, and restaurants. We felt at home, the house was clean and household items were readily available to use as needed. There is also easy access and off-street parking. We enjoyed a great visit to Houston and this apartment was a large part of our enjoyment. 」
