「Ho pagato troppo per una camera di una casa situata nel retro della casa. Per entrare c’era l’erba alta, e edera che cresceva su l’unica panchina di legno che sembrava abbandonata. In più il bagno non era per niente pulito, nel lavandino c’era ancora dentifricio di chi si era lavato i denti prima. A mio avviso l’esperienza vale meno della metà del prezzo richiesto. La posizione e il suo punto forte.」

「Good enough for what I needed. Very close. . . . as Houston goes. . . .for where I needed to be. But it was loud and the locals are restless . . . .these are the times we live in I suppose. Getting in the Main gate was noy ideal. No code issues but you have to hang in the traffic lane to get the gate code entered for admittance. That being said. . . . . was VERY happy to have gated parking」

「This rental was perfect for me and my dog during our Thanksgiving visit - especially with the unrestricted parking, location, cleanliness. Max was incredibly communicative, super kind, and so helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again...and I hope to!」

「Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again.」

「Checkin was unpleasant because I was given the wrong lockbox information and had trouble reaching the management company. Finally I did and after an hour I got the key. They the WiFi didn’t work and I couldn’t reach anyone - another frustrating hour wasted. The hidden router just needed to be plugged in. The place itself was very comfortable and very convenient for the Reliant Stadium.」

「This apartment was very roomy & comfortable and can't beat the location! I was staying for a multi-day meeting at the convention center and this worked out beautifully! Would also be great for anything at the Toyota Center (right across a small park). As others have mentioned, it is noisy - earplugs are provided, though! Kitchen is small but serviceable. Host very responsive to my inquiries. The security for the building is very good - gates and electronic lock. Neighborhood streets got crowded...

「This was an okay stay. These are the reasons why it was just okay.. My check in got pushed from 4pm to 7pm. Mind you my plane landed at 11AM, but they extended my check out to 1PM. Bed was super comfortable, it just honestly didn’t have a comforter it was like a bunch of sheets on my bed. Clean for the most part, walls super thin, and I’m sure it’s a spot in the mural that’s mold near the window. Neighborhood was safe and quiet! And it’s in the heart of Montrose for the people 」
