"The room was clean. Bed and pillows comfy. One elevator was broken so that was very inconvenient. Food was pricey and our dinner was cold. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again but please fix the elevator!"

Overall, the location was perfect. There were several fast food restaurants near and there's a pharmacy, Buckee's, Goodwill, and car wash right around the corner. Overall I enjoyed Richmond.
