The room looks exactly like the picture. It is just 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and around 17 minute drive from downtown. To the manager and staff, keep up the good work! "

"We have stayed here a number of times as it is very convenient to the Museum district and Hermann Park. Rooms are comfortable, with Microwave and small fridge. There is a large HEB store with great selection for fresh meals that are easy to microwave. Well lit parking lot that seems to fill up every night. Right on 288, that we like to use to go to the beach at Surfside. Works great for us when we visit Houston for art exhibits at the world class HMFA. "

"I really like the location of this hotel. Walking distance to a major park and museums. It is apparently very dog friendly because I saw a lot of dogs during my stay. The only reason I did not give the property 5 starts is because I found the decor to be sort of weird. It’s dark and I’m not sure the vibe they are going for. Maybe Alice in Wonderland meets old Hollywood meets weird art on the walls. But to each their own. "

"We arrived early and were able to get a room immediately, good atmosphere. Great location right in the city with lots of options. Close to rail system and walking distance to the aquarium. Room was small but adequate for our short stay. "
