「Our room was very clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly during the hot weather we endured. The staff was indeed helpful and very patient with us. The breakfast was very modest however it did the job to help you get you through your morning. I would consider staying at future properties if we ever have to make another road trip again.」

「The area is clean and safe one thing the maybe need to improve is add smart TV I can’t watch my preferred movies or serie from Netflix because of that, all the rest is ok」

「Beautiful」

「The air conditioner and the room were extremely humid and had a strong musty, moldy smell. That night, I couldn't stop coughing and was unable to sleep properly. Because of this experience, I would never stay at this hotel again. The following morning, I went to have breakfast at 8:30 a.m., but they had already finished clearing everything away and had even turned off the lights. As a result, I was unable to have breakfast at all.」

「Very quiet and safe stay. Only bad thing is the tv it looked broken but it was still able to be watched. Overall, it was a nice stay! We will definitely be returning」

「There are three “Staybridge Suites” around IAH airport. It is really confusing. We went to a wrong one first, and the lady at the front desk already knew what happened, and almost automatically called the right one to confirm the reservation. There is no reason to name hotels around large airports this way. Most of the customers are travelers who do not know the area well. You can make the things much easier and less confusing by renaming those.」
