Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and definitely attentive. The room was clean. The air conditioning was our only issue. We sleep cold, and forgot our fan at home, they did not have one to offer. The AC decided at 10pm to get a little warm and stayed that way for quite a few hours. If that ...

The first shuttle took me to a different location, so I had to wait for another one to come take me back. Then waited about another 20/25 minutes for another, which wasn't even the one that I was told is coming.
