「I am currently in a dispute about the service, the charges, and my entire experience with this hotel during my stay July 10-12, 2026. I have been in communication with them over the past three weeks, and to date, there has been no resolution. I normally do not do reviews, as I recognize the damage that reviews can do to a business. However, this experience has rated the highest on my list of bad experiences and I have not had anyone to rectify the request for a refund. I would not recommend...

「I didnt like having to come downstairs to get more towels. People did not hold their dogs in the elevator. The elevator wait was ridiculous, it kept skipping the floor I was on. But overall I enjoyed the property and will be back!」

「The property is in a really good location. However, my room upon check in had a hair filled towel, a dirty towel behind the door, a dirty tub, and functioning but not very good AC unit. Still a good place if you are looking to just lay your head down. But I wouldn’t want to stay in this hotel for a long time. Maybe a weekend at max.」

「This was a nice older property but pretty well maintained. A bit noisy in room, it was easy to hear the ice machine down the hall. The room was neat and tidy and clean. The buffet was good, the bar and menu food was good. Only one staff at desk to check in with/ buy stuff/ answer questions. Hot tub discolored to greenish hue but pool area overall nice.」
