「This was our second time staying at the Evan Cottage and it was yet again perfect for our little family of 4. It is the coziest little home away from home and we can’t recommend it enough! Listing is very accurate, and although we didn’t have to reach out to the owners beforehand or while there, we know it would’ve been easy to get ahold of them if needed. Overall, very pleased with our experience yet again!」

「Love this place! I’ve stayed here 5 times and I never get tired of it. The bed is so comfortable! I love looking at the birds outside my bedroom window. I love the spiral staircase and the decor. I enjoy my morning cup of coffee out on the private patio with the songs of birds above me. The location is great! Easy parking. 」

「This cute little cottage is tucked away in a wonderful neighborhood that’s as pretty as a postcard and very quiet. We felt totally safe too. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The only quirk? It’s got a bit of a slant—charming in a “Dr. Seuss meets real estate” kind of way. Just don’t set your coffee down without a coaster… or a seatbelt. Still, we’d definitely come back (maybe with a level and some Velcro).」

「Quick 5 day getaway in between busy family schedules! Enjoyed the relaxed pace of Tybee and access to Savannah. Salty Mermaid checked all the points for us…serene lagoon pool, clean hot tub, private setting. We traveled by plane so were unable to bring a lot of “extras”…our host had us set up for not a need in the world!」

「Our stay at the cottage was absolutely perfect. I have never stayed in a rental that was exactly as listed. It was so beautiful. Location was perfect. You can walk to almost any location in the downtown area. The cottage was so clean. I'm OCD and couldn't find any area that wasn't clean. Also, the extra little things matter. Such as supplying q-tips, makeup pad removers, more than enough towels, blow dryers, curling iron, as well as a straightener. Includes a full size washer-dryer and even...
