「It was extra clean! Kitchen, Bathroom, Sitting Area, etc, The only issue was the email I received from the host did not have the code to the gate to enter. However, when I called him, he did return my call immediately.」

「Great location, very quiet and private street. Extremely pet friendly. We had an issue with the furnace but the host quickly took immediate action on getting a repair man to fix it. Our suggestions would be to fix the screen door and blinds for the sliding door and state there’s a charcoal grill instead of a gas grill. 」

「We would not stay in this unit again. It was really dirty and we had to spend some of our time cleaning. The kitchen in particular was very dirty. The cabinets in which the dishes were stored were filthy (actual dirt and sand on the shelves). There was a shelf in the kitchen that held the glassware and it was filthy. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steven's property. It's clean and comfortable, exactly like his photos. The WiFi was strong,the TV is large and worked great with our passwords,and the central air was silent and efficient. That was a wonderful treat!A short walk across the parking lot and you're on the beach. It's very flat, perfect for riding bikes, walking, or relaxing in a beach chair.
