「We had a wonderful stay. Right on the beach, beautiful view, the condo has everything you need, coffee shop is around the corner, restaurants are 5-10 min drive and one is walking distance. ( don’t forget a mosquito spray if you dine outside) Kids loved the private beach and played there for hours. We will be back to this property. One of our favorites now. 」

「I stayed here with my husband and two kids. It was perfect for us. The condo is updated, the pool area is clean, and the proximity to the water is wonderful! We saw dolphins daily and could walk to a few local restaurants. Highly recommend!」

「What a beautiful condo!!! Incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with games, puzzles, coffee, beach supplies, wireless speaker, even disposable toothbrushes! It is so cozy and homey. 「This condo was in the perfect spot on the island. Easy walk to the beach & pool right outside our door. It was well furnished with anything you need in the kitchen. We had a mixup at checkout (our fault completely), but he was gracious and understanding. Very hospitable!」

「The property was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The management company was fantastic!!A couple things to note. The property more faces the river outlet. Still a great beach but you don't get the large ocean waves and sea breeze. Saw a ton of dolphins and pelicans! So cool! The front door opens into the bedroom. Not a big deal but a little different...」

「The location of Paula’s condo is perfect and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Check in was easy. The condo is on the 4th floor. The elevator was broken during our stay, so that made loading and unload a bit difficult, but communication was good, and the rest of the stay was great!」

「We had a good experience. The rental is as stated. Quick communication from the rental agency when we had a question. Very close proximity to the pools and beach access. Nice variety of restaurants on the Island. 」

「We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and Mermaid Cove. The condo had a great location and easy access to the beach. The condo was well equipped included the small kitchen allowing us to prepare meals although we chose to go out to eat most of the time as there are great restaurants and shopping nearby. The balcony allowed us ocean views while enjoying a cold beverage at the end of the day. This unit provided all that we needed for a quick weekend getaway.」

「We had the best time during our first trip out in Tybee. The condo looked exactly as it does in the photos. With the pool access being on the same street we were able to hit the pool in the mornings and beach after lunch. Everything for us was in walking distance which was amazing. We found ourselves enjoying the late afternoons on the porch and on the cozy couches for a late night movie. The communication with Southern Belle was superior. Only cons were the tight parking space and mild amount...
