「My husband and I love staying in Kendall's condos.This was our first stay in this one, and it was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning to view the ocean. We took advantage of the bikes and did not rent a car on this trip. The location is the best part..... just steps to the beach! 「Loved everything about our stay at this villa. The decor was very nicely done. The bathroom and shower had everything you needed. I had my hairdryer but in case I didn’t, there was one there for guests to use. I had beach towels and a cooler bag but for those that didn’t, they were provided by the hosts for guests for use during their stay. 「The location is great! The condo is right on the beach and easily walkable to the Coligny area. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfy. It is quite small, but was comfortable for two adults. We enjoyed the deck and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Just up the street is a bike rental place and there was storage for the bikes under the parking area. 」

Our girl is 5’3 and slender and could accommodate the bunk well, her twin brother(taller, and more stockier, fit and didn’t complain because that was his own fault. 「This was a great spot, steps from the beach, great view of the ocean, and just a two minute drive to all the activity at Coligny. Had a great time. Kendall was very responsive in answering questions and providing information for a smooth check in and check out. The cookies were a nice touch… Cute and delicious! We appreciated having a couple beach chairs there and also the boogie boards, our kids loved them!」

「We have a great time in Hilton Head staying at this property. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The management of the property was great as well and quick to respond to all of our questions. They have umbrellas and a wagon to help bring your stuff to the beach as well as a well-appointed kitchen which saved us a lot of money. We really enjoyed it!」

「This is the second time we have stayed at this particular condo, but the first time in this unit. We really like the location. It is walking distance to the Tiki Bar without being over crowded. This unit is on the top floor so it has some great views of the ocean. It is perfect for a family of 4- has everything you need! Great trip!」

「My husband and I stayed a couple nights. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great with easy access to the beach and walking distance to Coligny Park. The host was very easy to reach and communicate with. Would definitely go back. 」

「We had a great stay at the place over the holiday weekend. There were still parking spots even though we arrived late at night. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The listing was true to photos, and anything we needed (extra towels, trash bags, beach chairs) were provided. It had its own beach access and was within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back!」
