「This is not a new hotel but well renovated so clean enough. The restraunt next to the hotel is very good. I will choose this hotel again if we will drive on Pacific Coast Highway again. Nice hotel!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Cavalier. The front desk staff in particular Roxy was super professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She recommended several places in town to eat including the hotel's restaurant and all of her recommendations were spot on. She was attentive and answered all of our questions. The room: The room has a spectacular view and was cozy. A few things to consider regarding the room such as: we had no conditioner and body wash in the shower for over two days. It was...

「First room couldn t close the blinds all the way and the chair had a broken wheel. Second room the light above the sink didn t work , the beds were comfortable. We called staff for a lost phone and were told it wasn t there , as we returned anyway it was there , had been left in the room .」

「ロケーションが最高。」

「I really wanted to love this place. The location is absolutely awesome - so many amazing restaurants within a 5 minute stroll and easy parking. Two bedrooms with three real beds without spending an arm and a leg. Super friendly staff on arrival who showed me around. Tasty free welcome beverages. The room looked clean at first, and I was ready to give 5 out of 5 stars. Then I started to notice things - the single bathroom is through the second bedroom, so late night bathroom trips by...

「Hopefully all you want is a bed and a television because there is nothing else in these rooms. No coffee maker no refrigerator no microwave the back on the remote control for the television is missing. The bent in the bathroom does not work. There’s no toilet paper holder, no Kleenex, and one picture on the wall inside the room. Come on guys you can do better than this! Invest a little more and be your hotel and make some basic amenities available for your guests.」

「This ocean front property has nice well maintained gardens. Parking was an issue especially if you’re driving something larger than a sub compact. Our room was clean but very small and very dated and in need of upgrades. The bed was comfortable but sounded like it was about to come apart. No AC, TV worked but wasn’t connected. We had paid for an upgraded room but what we got wasn’t what was pictured in the upgrade. Overall we weren’t too impressed and probably won’t be staying there in the...

「Helpful and friendly staff, always ready to adress any inquiry you have, the room was big and well illuminated, there was an small foul smell in the room but it went away after opening all the windows, they where preparing all the Christmas features but the skeletons in the lobby keep me feeling like Halloween, overall a great place to stay and I'll be coming back again.」
