「Great location. Hotel grounds are well maintained. However, the staff was not well informed and not very helpful. The room was nice with some problems. The ceiling fan was on high. It had a broken chain so I had to remove the light lens to turn off. The shower head was partially plugged up and the bathroom smelled like a wet dog. The phone did not work. The front desk said we needed to turn on the switch located on the receiver. There was no switch on the receiver. For the price, not...

「I highly recommend staying at Oceanpoint Ranch in Cambria. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and it’s a great place to stay along the California coast.」

「We booked a king suite with a fireplace. The bed was comfortable the room was cleaned to an average level. Come to find out that our balcony, with a partial Ocean View, overlooked two parking lots with restaurants and seating underneath us and no privacy. In the morning we were woken up by delivery trucks, a garbage truck and a septic truck. I won't stay here again.」

「The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. The building we stayed in was old. We live in an 120 year old home but this seemed much older. Our room, especially the bathroom, was small. Be aware the stairwell is steep and narrow which may not be an issue if you do not have to carry large or heavy bags to your room. 」
