「Parking was okay. Didn’t seem like there were enough spots for how many rooms there were, but we didn’t have a problem finding a space. Felt safe. Quiet. Only complaints are lack of dresser or space to put things and the tv was terrible. Very few channels and not intuitive. 」

「Hotel was very clean and tidy, rooms very comfortable and AC was fantastic!! Staff on front desk very helpful. However, no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Told at reception that bar offer both. Ordered Latte and tea. Got coffee and a mug of hot water! Server came back with choice of tea but no breakfast tea. She said she'd go and see if they had any more. Never came back!!! Got up and walked out, went to Templeton for dinner. Service at bar very slow due lack of staff or quality...

「Originally we were assigned a second floor room. Although elevators were available my 92 year old mother wanted a ground level room. I went back into the lobby and 5 minutes later we had gotten a ground level room right in front of a handicapped parking spot. Excellent service」
