"The room was clean and staff was friendly. Great customer service. The only down side was the upstairs people were very loud and noisy and the walls must be very thin cause it was so noisy. I did not have restful nights."

"The Edgewater Inn is across the street from the beach!! This was a fantastic stay. And just down the road from the main strip in Pismo. We watched and listened to the waves from our clean, comfortable room. Would recommend!!"

Laundry room was not in service during our short stay. Some areas in the building look like they’re under construction. But did not affect us at all. "Spacious and clean room. The lady at the check-in was very nice and welcoming. Parking is plenty but each slot is narrow. There was a big pick-up truck parked next to the spot in front of my room and I had to park in another spot. "

"My family stayed for one night over Mother’s Day weekend. After checking in, we noticed what appeared to be blood on the wooden blinds/shutters in our room. It was visible in several places, including the handle used to adjust the blinds and on the blinds themselves. Before dinner, I spoke with the front desk and requested that the issue be cleaned. I showed a photo from the room illustrating the problem. The staff member was cordial, but seemed unsure how to address the situation. I gave permission for staff to access the room while we were away. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during our stay."
