Spend your downtime in the game room for some billiards, dining outside under the private covered patio, or lounging around the open patio and Hot Tub.



The Kitchen



This home features a large fully stocked kitchen, complete with a double oven & 6 burner Dacor cooktop, quartz countertops, oversized island and additional counter seating. Enjoy your meals at the farmhouse table with seating for 8 or outside on the covered patio. Appliances include: Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, French press, blender, waffle iron, crockpot, toaster oven, stand mixer.



The Bedrooms



Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub and TV.



Bedroom 2: King size bed and full en-suite bathroom with TV.



Bedroom 3: Two Full size beds and full en-suite bathroom.



Bedroom 4: Queen size bed with half-bath in the hall.



Outdoor Space



The large outdoor 10-acre space provides multiple areas for relaxing and entertain while enjoying the beautiful Paso Robles hilltop views. Step through the sliding doors out to the back patio that is fully covered with seating for 8. There is also an open 1,500 sq ft flagstone patio complete with fire pit, and hot tub, perfect for star gazing. (We do NOT charge to heat the spa. It will be heated and ready for use upon your arrival) There is a fire pit (wood not included) and a gas grill for BBQ.



Additional Amenities



Enjoy the game room with Billiard Table, board games, books, etc. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, & ironing board. This home has a soft water system. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private parking, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 46 and 101 and only 15 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles.

Pet Policy:



This home is NOT pet friendly. There are NO pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet will be asked to leave as well as incur a minimum $500 fine.



House Rules: There are absolutely NO Parties or Events allowed at this home. Parties or events or more than the maximum number of guests will result in a $500 fine. There is a 10pm City of Paso Robles quiet time ordinance that is quite strict and can result in fines for both guests and owners. Please be considerate of our neighbors so that we may continue to operate.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the entire home. There is no garage access.
