"Convenient Location. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s decently priced yet conveniently located. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants. The train station is directly underneath it, Dotonbori is a couple blocks away. The only thing is they did not let us check in when we arrived at 1p. We were told to come back at 3p. There’s restaurant on site for buffet breakfast with good amount of choices. The room is just enough for 3 ppl, considering most rooms in Japan could only fit 2 ppl. The bathroom looks a bit dated but not too bad and very clean (like everything else in Japan!)."

"Very convenient next to Kitahama station. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Love the coffee machine downstairs. Overall, happy with our stay for 3. Only gripe was that our hotel door was not shut fully one day after cleaning. Luckily all of our belongings seem to be all there. Also, the folks at the front desk won't necessarily know about the restaurants nearby, especially family friendly ones. I also learned that they are not allowed to make reservations on guests' behalf so no concierge service. The breakfast had great variety which we appreciated."

"Reviews were a little concerning but didn't need to worry at all. The lift direct from the subway to hotel made my life very easy. There was a queue at my arrival time of 3pm at self check in counters however within only a couple of minutes I was already checked in. Staff were available to assist if needed. My room had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee, a fridge and tv with variety of entertainment choices including free movies. Having the 7/11 shop on one of the floors was very convenient. Following check out, I was able to leave my luggage and walk to the centre, staff members who helped me were lovely. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the onsen but it was open until 2 am and looked inviting. I would not hesitate to return to an APA hotel in the future. "
