"The staff is very helpful. We were greeted by Mr. Laurentius, he was very friendly and helpful. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. (This is our first time in Japan). Love the decor of the hotel. The location is good, close to Dotomburi. It is nice to be able to grab necessary amenities from the lobby instead of having to ask reception for them. Room is very clean and the laundry is easy to use. The instructions is very easy to follow."

"two groups of family stayed here for 5 nights. everyone love it here. very convenience. 7-11 inside the building, shopping and restaurants are in walking distance. bus station to airport is across the street from the hotel. a lot more simpler to ride a bus to the airport than riding the train. love the sauna and spa. Will Def. stay here again."
