"Room was very clean, and they even provided free breakfast for the first day! The staff were super nice and very helpful during our stay. The location is great, very close to Shinsaibashi and convenience stores. The area is quiet but still very convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Osaka."

"Everything went well, a little confusing during the check in process, the staff make you do it yourself and it can be a little confusing, but the staff help me. The hotel has a good ubication, sheps are nearby. The only thing that I didn´t like personally was the bed, to me was a little bit stiff and the pillow was super stiff. But overall I rate this hotel 9/10. "
