"We really enjoyed our stay at Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba. We spent two nights here during a quick trip to Universal Studios Japan, and it turned out to be a great choice. Check-in was quick and efficient, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Namba’s main attractions as well as nearby train and subway stations. We did get turned around a couple of times and accidentally wandered into the bar district, but that was more on us than the location.Check-out was just as smooth, and the staff were incredibly helpful—especially when they assisted us in arranging a taxi to Yamato Transport so we could send our luggage back to Tokyo for next-morning delivery. The hotel’s baggage transport service would have taken two days, so this option worked perfectly for our schedule. They also mentioned Airporter as a same-day luggage delivery option to the airport. Overall, this is a great hotel for the price, with an excellent location and very helpful staff."

"A short walk to Namba station and within easy walking distance to Amerikamura and Dotomburi, this hotel is conveniently located. We were greeted at the front desk by a friendly staff member who helped walk us through the check in process. Our room was a compact but thoroughly efficient and spotlessly clean. The hotel breakfast had a lot of variety with many hot and freshly prepared dishes. We would 100% stay here again."

"Small room for 3 girls and their luggage. But great service. Level 9 has a room where you access bar snacks, Starbucks coffee with syrups, tea, craft beers and juice. They call it their lounge. But it’s really just a room. It’s unlimited and free for your stay if you get the upgrade "
