We are near everything to do in Osaka , glieco man, the fish market for delicious food, excitement , the Donkoti store but most of all the staff ; all went out of there way to help especially mako who walked us to our station so we wouldn’t get lost; rooms are spacious and by American standards pretty spacious. This is very very important because most hotels rooms are small, we coming back next year and definitely staying here it’s are preferred choice.

Our stay at Hotel 88 was the best in Japan. The amenities provided, along with the helpfulness of the staff were top notch. They also surprised us with a complimentary drive to Namba station when we were checking out. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Short walk to major attractions and close to the train station as well.

There was EXCELLENT customer service. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are large compared to most hotels in Japan (and this was our 3rd hotel to compare). The location of the hotel was close to the train station and popular tourist attractions. The staff offer a welcome beverage of your choice when you arrive, and during your stay there is a free beverage station in the lounge with a pool table and massage chairs. We had 3 suitcases and 2 backpacks. I think they felt bad for us and gave us a complimentary ride to Shin Osaka station! Would definitely recommend if staying in Osaka.

The staff are extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just steps away from Dotonbori and about 10 mins from Namba Parks. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel go beyond expectations! Manager and Staffs were super helpful and nice! From efficient checkin, early room access, communication with restaurant to book a birthday celebration, to a surprise offer free shuttle to airport (this cannot be request and depends on availability). Spacious room, comfort clean bath, 24 hours variety of nice drinks at lobby. Washer, Dryer, Message Chairs is convenient. Pleasant stay ;)

The room, amenities, location and staff were awesome! Loved the help from the front desk. I really appreciated the patience and multiple languages they spoke. My kids loved the free beverage options in the lobby. The family room was perfect for my family of four. Plenty of room for all of us and big TVs to was the Knicks finally win the championship!

This is spotless hotel, very clean. Staff are polite and friendly. Staff is so kind to let us check in early. We booked superior twin room for 4, lot of spaces and storage. Travis offered us a drive to bus station. It is a plus when you staying here. Will come back again

We had a great stay at Hotel 88. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. The hotel is also close to the underground pathway with lots of stores and link to the MRT/JR stations, making it easy to explore other tourist areas. We booked the Superior Twin Room for our family of four (with two adult children), and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large fridge and microwave were very convenient for takeout in the room. The laundry area on site was a big plus during our stay. The lobby has a nice seating area with complimentary coffee and other drinks. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.
