"Relatively large rooms. Clean facilities. Friendliest staff. Excellent location. The place has events daily to bring different aspects of Japanese culture and food to their guests. Daily happy hour. Can’t recommend it enough. We stayed 3 nights and are a family of 4. We will certainly look to stay here when we are back in Osaka. "

"Nice hotel but a little outdated, the bathroom was the least convenient/nice of all the hotels we visited in Japan and we could not control the AC/Heat, its controlled centrally and by whole floors, we only found that out while checking in. Overall, not bad for the price, but we stayed in better hotels for similar prices during this trip. "

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Swissotel in Osaka and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is unbeatable, being right above the train station made getting around incredibly easy. It’s also just steps away from the incredible restaurants and bars/clubs in the Dotonbori area. The hotel itself is stunning, with excellent amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. Their laundry service was also very quick and Very gaily priced. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok. "

"Ac was good Staff was great Room super small and tiny Hard for 2 nd person to crawl out of bed due to no space!! Location is great very convenient to all restaurants and sightseeing place"
