"This is the 3rd time I stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka and we picked the Executive Double Room with Club Lounge Access. It’s a bit disappointing because lack of snack / drinks options in the lounge. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious as we paid NZ$580 per night. Well, I will try another 5-star hotel when I come to Osaka in the future. "

"Air conditioning was very bad during our stay. Even with the AC fan set to high, it barely felt like any air was coming out. The thermostat was set to 20°C, which is the lowest setting, but the room still felt very hot, especially at night. We stayed for 3 nights and were sweating every night because of how warm the room was. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it. They also did not have fans to provide. One staff member even suggested using the humidifier as a fan. If you are coming from a cold place or you are a hot sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."

"The hotel was great. The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and enough space for our family of 4. The a hotel was just steps away from the train station and walking distance to great food and Dontonbori . We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, right in the heart of the shopping district, with direct access to the train station through the basement, which made getting around extremely convenient. I visited in February, and perhaps because it was not peak season, the hotel felt very peaceful and quiet, with not many guests around. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for two people even with our large luggage. The only minor issue was the sensor light in the room, which occasionally switched on and off at night whenever there was movement on the bed. What stood out most, however, was the excellent service from the hotel staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. In fact, I have already booked another family trip and will be staying at Royal Classic Osaka again this December. Looking forward to returning!"

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, and transport. The room was not very big (just enough for a couple with 2 big luggages) but very comfortable, clean, and my spouse and I could relax properly. What stood out most was the excellent service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They served very good breakfast too. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again!"
