It was very conveniently located a couple of streets away from Dotonbori. Once you get the hang of where you’re going from the train station, you’re only a 3/4 mins walk away. Staff were extremely nice and there is free snacks/ drinks in the lobby

The hotel is really convenient and easy to find. Near Dotombori, the subway, all the tourist attractions are easy to go to. The hotel room we stayed in was really clean. The hotel has a free soft drinks and other beverages for guests between some specific hours and it was a nice surprise. The staff is friendly and always trying to help. Really recommend this hotel to anyone

Older rooms which were clean, there was an in room safe, washrooms were on the smaller side compared to other hotels on our Japan trip, good location, the amenities, massage chairs and free alcohol in the lobby were a nice touch. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The beds were small but comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The hotel is centrally located so it’s very close to the running man sign, lots of restaurants and stores and train stations. Should we every go back to Osaka, we would be happy to stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and the amenities in the lobby were great (massage chairs, skincare products, beverages, etc.). The room itself was very small (as expected for a Japanese economy room) but my big suitcase fit and it had all of the amenities of a standard/bigger room. The location is excellent.
