"Very central location in Shinjuku. Multiple stations are only a short walk away which is very convenient. The area is very busy but also very safe to walk around at any time of day/night. The hotel check in process was very easy and straightforward. The staff were helpful and speak both Japanese and English. The room was very comfortable and clean. My partner and I only used the room to sleep and the rest of the time we were out exploring. The rooms are very small but it was perfect for what we wanted."

Especially the doorman, he helped guide me into the hotel when I was confused if it was the right one and always greeted the guests when coming in and out of the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable as well. They also have amenities for you outside the elevator on the lobby floor if you forgot anything. This hotel is closer to the local train lines, so I used those to get around more. Didn’t cause any issues. Definitely recommend any travelers visiting Shinjuku to stay here!"
