"To begin with I requested 2 towels for each guest as we were staying two nights. I was told that they would be provided although normally each guest is only provided 1 towel and that they expected a "good" review for doing so. Next we were told that check in was at 4 and check out was before 10 although it clearly states check out is at 10:00 am. Loud live music played from a next door club from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM. "露天風呂は開放感があって良い。しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない）エアコンの暖房が効かない備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"

"写真を見るよりも綺麗で立派なところでした。ただ、リビングは写真で見るよりも狭いかなという印象を受けたのですが、反対に、他の部屋が想像より広かったです。大人8人と子供達という大所帯で行かせていただいたのですが、リビングのテーブルはみんなでご飯を食べるには十分な大きさでした。駐車場よりもかなり広く、止め方によってはファミリーカーでも3台とめれました。寒い時期でしたが、暖炉のおかげで部屋があたたかったです。サービスでカップラーメンやお菓子、アイスなどが置いてあり、すごく親切だと感じました。今後行かれる方へ注意点をあげるとしたら、モニターも設置されていて、サブスクは見れるようになっていたのですが、アンテナがないためにテレビが見れないと事前に聞いておりアンテナを持参したのですが、強電界地域用だったためなのか繋ぐことはできませんでした。また、ゴキブリを何度か見たのですが、部屋自体はすごく綺麗で、おそらく暖炉を使うために寒い時期の夜間に外から薪を持ってきたため、その薪についていたのかなと思います。全体的に素晴らしく、機会があれば是非もう一度泊まりたいと思いました。"
