"Housekeeping"

"We loved our stay of 5 nights. Our family of four was in the one room and it was spacious enough. Two adults and 11yr old across the two singles and 14yr old on the sofa bed. The hotel is located in Koreatown of Japan and was extremely easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. There was an abundance of great restaurants close by. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Outstanding. Couldn't beat the location. The host was very communicative. Would go back for sure."

"Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"

"Excellent service and friendly staffa"

"Very close to convenient stores, grocery store, restaurants and train station, even a don quijote. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was The laundry unit in room was washer/dryer in one and was convenient but heads up, takes a long time to run a cycle (~3 hours)."

"I highly recommend this hotel, 100%! Everything about it is absolutely excellent. The only downside is that the prices can sometimes get very high. Other than that, it’s a wonderful hotel! Tayfur OZK"

"Very nice and clean apartment-hotel. Very well organized space to spend time cozily with family."

"Clean room and in-unit laundry, plus there's a discount supermarket right across the street."

"Very convenient location. Close to a train and metro station and restaurants. The only challenge was finding the place."

"It was new and clean and I enjoyed the onsen. Having been to Tokyo several times already I found the location very good in terms of location to attractions, metro station, restaurants and convenience stores. The room is truly large and not just by Japanese hotel standards"

"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...

"This place was so affordable for what you got. I loved how it was in a quiet area but still close to all the action. They had a crib for my daughter and the staff was super helpful. I would absolutely recommend to others."

"Room was big & clean, staff was great"
