This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 minutes walk to the local train station. It has a large grocery store and numerous eateries nearby.

Great to have washer and dryer, close to trains, quiet, good supermarkets, not many tourists in area which made for a genuine Japanese feel, beds comfortable, high quality and new apartment. Would stay there again, however, would ask for top floor.

“Even though it was still the pre‑opening period and some areas like the main entrance and parts of the exterior were under construction, my room was completely new and well‑equipped. The owner’s warm hospitality and the beautifully designed space made my stay really special. I truly appreciate the care and can’t wait to come back after the grand opening.”

The hotel is still new and has everything you need for a family on vacation .. the room was super clean and since the hotel still in reopening status there was a miscommunication at the beginning due to the reception not being available but thanks to stella who resolved all issues and made sure we are satisfied.. she is a wonderful person and was very helpful.. the location is next to a train station and there are few convenience stores next to it such as 7eleven and more .. it is also a 15 minute walk to tokyo solamachi mall one of the best in tokyo for shopping … i would really recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family and staying for few days here

Most convenient stay possible in Tokyo next to the Skytree. Very safe neighborhood right next to the train station and multiple konbinis. Also a mall across the street. Fantastic location.

The property is very new, well designed and the esthetically calm and zen. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The 2 bedroom suite was very clean, neat and very comfortable. We stayed 4 nights. Pros - neat, clean, large comfortable apartment. - self checkin and communication with hotel via messages was easy. - we stayed in a two bedroom and 2 bathroom suite with separate toilets. -spacious kitchen with full fridge/freezer and dishwasher - dryer and washer -beds and bedding were comfortable but the pillows felt cheap with minimal neck support. (I am a side sleeper) -location was great. Close to two train stations. 2min walk to the local hikifune station and 7min walk to the kiesei-hikifune station which services the JR line - lots of restaurants, convenience stores and a big department store nearby (within a 7min walk radius) Cons - the hotel was unable to recommend a store or a place that offered a luggage forward service. I asked and all they said was that i google it. Which was not helpful. I asked for help after i could not find one close by on google - i visited several conveneice stores close by and they all said no. It took me a while to find a seven eleven about 10min walk that offered the service. -no paper towels, salt, sugar,

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda. El único inconveniente es que la habilitación del Tatami no tiene cortinas y a las 4:30 de la mañana entra toda la luz del día y no puedes descansar bien salvo que te pongas algo en la cabeza.. Nos quedamos dos adultos y dos niños y la verdad que la recomendaría para familias como nosotros. Tokio es muy grande y está a una hora de Shibuya en tren!!!!
