"Room was very clean and somewhat spacious. Room temperature was HOT, but the option to open the window for cooler air was helpful."

"The room made excellent use of space and was very attractively arranged. The “TV” screen provided lots of information. I felt particularly secure because you needed your room card to use the elevator and even access the floor. I appreciated the public bath on 3rd floor and made use of it! The staff was welcoming and helpful. I was very pleased with this booking because I felt that we got excellent value and the location was wonderful, especially once we discovered that a subway exit was right beside it, the underground walkway was so convenient for accessing all of where we wanted to go in Umeda/Osaka, and there was a Lawson’s just around the corner from the entrance on the first floor oft he building! Definitely would stay here again!"

"They added accomodation fee 2000 yen every day but the services were excellent and location near osaka umeda station was best for taking trains anywhere "

"Great stay overall! The hotel was clean and the room size was comfortable, even with a 4-year-old child. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The only downside was the laundry—washing took quite long and the dryer didn’t fully dry our clothes. Still, we would stay here again for the convenient location, close to the train station and plenty of restaurants downstairs."
