"Property was great! Lots of restaurants, shopping downstairs and even a 7/11. Location was close to a train station and they had a shuttle to take you to the train station with a huge mall next door. Please be advised though that you have to pay to use their pool, and kids are only welcome in one of them. I was not aware and ended up having to pay 100 dollars so my family could swim…"

"Location is ideal for us, not too close to the busy Dotonbori area but within walking distance. It is beside the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal?), which is connected to the underground train stations. On a rainy day, it is convenient to use the underground that leads to Namba Station and also to Dotonbori area. There is 7/11 inside the building (4th floor), almost for exclusive use of hotel guests only. Amenities and supplies are left at your door on a daily basis and room cleaning is done on the 3rd only. Big screen TV with free VOD is nice to have when you’re still jet lagged."
