"The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. "

"Nice room, good location. Few stations near by, close to osaka station. Bed and pillows were comfy, one of the best ive had in Japan. Lots of resturants and convenience stores near by. Easy to get to Umeda, Namba etc. "

Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from.
