We loved everything staying at the hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast but had the afternoon tea and evening drinks which were complimentary ( not sure if that all year around or just for that week). Total surprise and lovely bonus. Toiletries in lobby and easy to walk to metro station. Staff very helpful. Wold def recommend
Great hotel and location. Very convenient to walk to Dotonburi and for the metro system.
The hotel is very modern, friendly and helpful staff.
The fact you get cakes and drinks included free of charge 2pm to 5pm is a winner. Alcoholic drinks 5pm - 9pm too. Unbelievable value
Room was clean, daily make-up service was seamless. Love the daily happy hour on the top floor, gets a decent sunset view too! Only minor mark on the stay was some bareable but noticable, highway noise with a room facing the street. Despite this, would still stay again.
I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is friendly and multilingual. The beds were comfortable and the pillows lured you to sleep. It’s a wonderful hotel and we deeply appreciate the hospitality.
This hotel was so cute! Felt like a Palm Springs hotel but in Osaka. They had great amenities but the best was the breakfast buffet! They had such an array of both western and Japanese breakfast items and also a great drink fridge you could have anything from. They also have a happy hour with alcohol but I was never in the hotel at that time to try it out. The rooms were comfortable but the pillows were not. I found them awful. Super hard and not squishy. I ended up getting a kink in my neck from them. Also, I think carpeted hotel rooms are not great. This room was carpeted and would have preferred either marmoleum or some sort of planked floors. The little bathtub was so cute and I loved how hot I could get the water in there. It was also only two blocks from a train station and a block from a Family Mart. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel, is great. Only 2 issues, 1 the rooms were a LOT smaller than expected. The room we had that was able to fit 4 people, with big luggage, or like we had a few carry on pieces. Was difficult. You will have to get creative to find space, and you will be climbing/stepping over them. But that isn't a huge problem either, as I have been to Japan before so I understand this is the usual room size. The real issue is the distance to the train system. Yes there is a train station entrance that is the next block over. But that entrance is min 10 min walk to any of the train stations. And depending which line you need, its even further. Closer to 20 mins. My selection of the hotel, was based on what I thought was close proximity to the train, but honestly its closer to a 15 min walk. Again, not a lot. But with stairs, and after being out all day already walking and traveling the city. Coming back at night and having to walk again, it was tough.
