「The hallways left something to be desired/there was a slight smell, however I think it just may be in need of an upgrade because the room was phenomenal. It more than exceeded our expectations and was very clean and modern looking compared to the hallway like i said. The room we got had a balcony with a beautiful view of the marina which was a nice surprise.
The elevator was a little slow, but that is not a big deal just an observation. If I return to Charleston I would certainly book here...
「Enjoyed my stay. It was close to what I needed but still an affordable location. Yes, it is near lower income housing but I didn’t feel unsafe as some others stated.
The staff was warm and welcoming! Especially the lady who works the bar and food service in the mornings on Tuesdays, and the weekend desk/check in attendant.
I personally enjoy that it it self service and you’re able to grab what you need at one’s convenience.
I would absolutely book with you all again.
