「Highly recommended! Apartment was so much more than expected (make sure to bring some cooking supplies (S&P, Oil, Etc) if you plan to cook. The property was beautiful and everything was convenient! We didn’t eat much on the property (it’s not inexpensive), but poolside snacks and drinks were great. Be aware there is $99 resort fee each night you stay. With all that said, if you are prepared for the above, it was a fantastic vacation & a beautiful spot! Highly recommended! 」

「The air conditioning worked great. The room was very clean. The bed was a bit squishy where you kinda sink in but still relatively comfortable. I wish we hadn’t cheated out and gotten a room on the outside perimeter of the building. Not having a window to the outside was strange.」

「 The air conditioning unit was loud & the refrigerator rattled. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival. It was set at 77. Once I turned the temperature down, the room temperature was better. More variety for the continental breakfast but overall it tasted good. Front staff was friendly. TV & wi-fi were good. Fair price for the amenities provided. Location is on a busy street which made it difficult to get in/ out if the parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 」

「Coffee supplies weren’t replaced, including used mugs, and one bed wasn’t made. Seems the cleaning staff were likely understaffed to have done such a poor service. The good news is the towels were consistently replaced! Also, the pool was closed when my 12YO son was in there because of high PH levels. I was in the (unclean) pool washroom when the staff person told him to quickly rinse off in the room because it would cause hair loss. My son is now afraid to go into pools. I’m glad they closed...

「Checked in to learn that I no longer had the king suite that I paid for but a handicap king studio. Only received a $15 credit per night for the inconvenience. I chose this hotel because of the suite room. The staff offered to let me cancel my reservation with no penalty, knowing darn well all the hotels were full. The worst customer service that I have ever been a part off. Never expected this to happen in Charlestonn.」

「Great breakfast. Great park/gift shop/cafe/ice cream right next door. 10-15 min drive to some great restaurants and neighborhoods. A little less than a mile from water taxi that takes you to aquarium or waterfront park. Great sunsets over Ravenal Bridge.」
