"This was a very comfortable house. Unsure why it has anything less than 5 star reviews. It was convenient to everything. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer. If there was a larger group there, there may be an issue because there is only one bathroom, but for the price, you cannot beat this. Its basically across the street from food and grocery stores. Convenient to Charleston, Folly Beach, and anything you need. It is a duplex. Just be aware because people get confused for some reason....

"We loved staying on the marsh and watching the tide come in. The sunrise in the morning over the water was breathtaking. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the suggestions for entertainment and restaurants in the area. Folly beach was so easy to access and very close by. "The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. "

"We have a group of 20+ college girlfriends in our 50's now who get together every other year. We have stayed here twice, and this is our favorite home to come to. "We enjoyed our three night stay! The balcony is huge and a lovely place to relax. Property was as described! Lolo’s (almost exactly across the street) has amazing food. We are in our 50’s and had no problem with the four flights of stairs, however we are active and don’t mind the exercise."

"We travelled to Charleston for an extra long weekend. It was amazing. The house was very clean and the highway traffic noise did not bother us in the least. There were restaurants, breakfast places and shopping all within walking distance. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again."

"We were incredibly impressed with how spacious the place is. The pictures don't give you a true feel for how big the rooms are. The main living area and kitchen are well done and have everything you need. The girls loved the massive master closet and the spacious master bathroom. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch a thunderstorm roll through in the morning. The location was almost perfect, with the beach just 25 minutes, downtown Charleston just 15 minutes, and shopping & restaurants less...
