The living space includes a queen-size pull-out couch and a large-screen smart TV with numerous streaming services. A half bath is located off the entry hallway. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for our guests' use. Upstairs guests will find the Master Suite with a queen bed, full modern bath, and lofted ceilings. The bedroom has abundant natural light and overlooks the Seabrook Island Club Crooked Oaks golf course.
Expansive views of the golf course and lagoon. The downstairs living area has a smart TV with numerous streaming services, traditional broadcast, and Blu-ray, plus high-speed internet!
• BEACH: 1.0 mile away from the property. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Access to the private Seabrook Island Club is optional. Digital Amenity Cards are available for purchase for $55 per day per family, offering access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is available with the purchase of an optional digital amenity card. Complimentary access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included.
• PARKING: This property is allowed to have a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count as a vehicle toward the strict 2-pass limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome. Maximum occupancy limits include infants.
• PET POLICY: This property does not accept pets. Thank you for your understanding.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation. A non-refundable fee of $69 applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups. An assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners is available.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $55 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee.
• CHECK-IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone, and our office and team of staff are located on the island most of the time.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. • CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay. A $150 cancellation fee applies to any cancelled reservations.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!! Hanging towels on balconies or railings is strictly prohibited.
