「Always a great stay! Our second time staying here on our yearly Santa Cruz trip and it was great as always!」

「Clean room」

「Everything was great. The lady who checked us in was very kind and communicative. The breakfast staff was on it, food was excellent! Rooms were well maintained and comfortable, staff did a great job making it feel hospitable. Only negative is the desk lady in the morning. I asked if she can check if fees of booking through 3rd party is more expensive than going through holiday inn directly, she had no desire in helping out and simply said “you can check on line”. I left it alone, just figured...

「May be more helpful staff would be great!」

「It's place to park yourself and enjoy santa cruz」

「Great places. It's very relaxing and quiet.」

「Simple but adequate breakfast was good. Parking was tight. Hotel should ask guests to park their cars properly since some cars were taking up two spaces with one car.」

「Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Only issue is that light from outside hall leakes into the room at night. Parking is included. It's walking distance to the Wharf and Boardwall and plenty of restaurants.」
