The staff are exceptional - it’s a great hotel with modern rooms, secure, good location. We used their parking, checked in easy with plenty of reception staff who took luggage from the boot to our room. The memorabilia in the open area and halls made going around the hotel fun. Neat gym. No AC in rooms is a bit ridiculous specially considering is summer and is extremely hot in Madrid! Room 336 had no ac!! Moved to 333 and guess what no AC either! I am uncomfortable, sweating and I can’t sleep. Worse part is I have to suck it up!!
