「The cottage was very cute and very affordable. It says that 8 could stay there, but I wouldn't recommend any more than 6. The common areas were a little crowded when we had all 6 guests out there. There is room for parking for 2 vehicles but any more than that, including having guests visit, would be very difficult as street parking is very crowded. The property is located right next to the cutest barbershop, and nestled among an eclectic mix of businesses. The only downside was parking. Be prepared to pay for the public parking lot. Within walking distance to lots of dog friendly restaurants and within a 10-15min drive to all the things we wanted to do in San Diego, including an off leash dog beach. Would stay here again.」

「Cosy casita that leaves nothing to be desired. Great furnishings, everything in the kitchen too. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem even in July, as it was not so hot and ceiling fans provided a pleasant room climate. There are fly screens in front of almost all the windows. The shared use of the washing machine, the USB socket and the garage parking space were a great plus. The location was quiet and yet there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
