「My husband and I just returned from a stay for 4 days at this resort for his birthday. We travel quite often, but it was our first time in Puerto Rico. Overall, the resort was great! Food was amazing! Staff was helpful and friendly! There were a couple of issues, but they were quickly rectified! 「Host never answered when we asked where we could leave our luggage,as previously mentioned, when we arrived via ferry so that was completely ignored. Was eager to check into the place after a long day at the beach only to arrive to our lock box and there be no key. This definitely got frustrating as we needed the key to open the gates once our excursion was done as it would be done late.
