"The staff could not do enough to help, we felt very welcome, the room was fantastic (although we did have a view of a chainlink fence and a wall) the Onsen was great, the breakfast was great and the location couldn't have been better! "

"Loved this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size, was soundproof and had a blackout blind. Slept brilliantly every night. Heating was good during the cold weather. The private baths were a bonus which I made good use of to ease my aching feet each night. Great that you can check how crowded it is from your room, who knew midnight was a popular time! Handy to have the family mart connected to hotel and aa starbucks next door. Note, it is a bit far out if you like any nightlife but the buses are very easy to get to other areas of the city. "
