"ホテルの顔である玄関の自動ドアの電源が切れてて、手動を強要してる。 Wifiが使えるか聞いたら、ロビー近くしか使えないといわれた。にも拘わらず部屋にランケーブルも無ければ、言わないと貸してくれない。大荷物持ってるのに階段でどうぞ！と言われた。（エレベーターもあるのに）部屋の鍵が解りにくいのに説明なし。（鍵を回しながらドアを押さないと開かない）ホテルの門限23時。歴史的には有名な地である点と川の中州に建てられたホテルなので景色は良いけど、何もなくて不便だった… フロントも居たり居なかったり、呼び鈴を押すタイプ。愛想は悪くなかったけど、シルバー人材センターのアルバイトって感じだった。掃除はよくされてたけど、施設は古く快適とはいいがたかった… 眺望は良かったけど、リピートはしないな。"

"今回で4度目のおごと温泉でした。こちらの旅館の、ホスピタリティの高い対応には感動しました。担当して頂いた仲居さんは、夜ご飯、朝ごはんの時の説明が丁寧で、時に笑いもありで楽しく、美味しくいただけました。温泉の湯も、晩朝と2回入れてとてもツルツルになってリラックスできました。朝ご飯の後は、フリードリンクのコーヒーや紅茶の種類も沢山ありまったり過ごせました。送迎のバスの運転手の方の、駅で最後までお見送りも丁寧で嬉しかったです。人気の犬のまめたろうくんも可愛かったです。すべてのスタッフの方の笑顔での対応に、また来たいなと思う場所でした。 "

"This is the perfect place for an authentic Japanese experience. The staff are wonderful and the meals are superb. Tranquil surroundings with a 5 star multi-course meals each day for breakfast and dinner. The sauna and hot baths were great for winding down after a day of touring. Touring was easy because bus lines and train lines are nearby. We were sorry to leave the Tea House and really hope to return some day. "
