Room is clean and tidy. Both breakfast and dinner are superb. Staff service is excellent. The outdoor onsen on 5/F is great. Worth to go for the “reed” room which allowed access to the VIP lounge.

Family trip to enjoy onsen hotel

Very nice hotel with private onsen in the room. The half board is also good. I would recommend to stay there for a visit.

We are so happy to have stayed here during our trip to Japan. Our room had traditional Japanese style qualities and the private onsen was amazing. We had a beautiful view of the lake, everything was clean, wonderful service, and delicious fresh food all included in our stay. It was a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. We hope to stay here again!
