Sep 11, 2019A long walk to the Port for our ship. Especially with luggage. The porter only goes to the People Mover and the People Mover goes to one stop and you walk several more blocks.

Wifi is only available in the lobby and not in the rooms. This is not very convenient when you're on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.
After being there 2 nights we were quite rudely informed by the woman at the front desk we were not allowed to take the key off of the property. We had come and gone multiple times without turning in our key prior to this. If it is their policy, they should have told us at check in and not scolded is in the presence of other hotel guests.

The hotel is 2min walk from the train station making it very convenient.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even allowed extended checkout as our train was delayed.
The only setback is the hotel facility needs upgrading, especially the air-conditioning was rather warm.
The walls are rather thin as you can hear from the next room or outside the room.
