"From the entrance to the exit of the property it was an amazing stay and experience. The staff no words they were super helpful, great demeanor, and prompt. The rooms super clean, everything working good, the room service amazing kept everything clean. Loved the stay. The pool area had all amenities stacked with pool towels and the pool impeccable. The parking great was a be le to park close and was able to see my car at all times. Everything close didn't have to drive long distance to get to places. My family also loved the time spent. looking forward to staying there again soon.🙏♥️♥️♥️💯💯💯💯"

"The Buena Vista Suites is a beautiful hotel! It’s spacious, clean, and inviting. My room was very clean, organized, and looked exactly like the promo photos. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and presented nicely. The variety of breakfast items and beverages will not disappoint! The towels in my room felt like silk they were so soft and plush, and the staff did a wonderful job cleaning & restocking my room each day. The hotel amenities such as the gym, pool, and jacuzzi are clean and readily accessible. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. They were also quick with check-ins. The pizzeria is a wonderful late night food option inside the hotel and the staff working there are wonderful! My only complaint is the shuttle service. The website should detail that since the pandemic the hotel shuttle no longer transports to or from Universal Studios ONLY to Disney. If I would have known this or if it was made clear on the website, I might have chosen a different hotel to stay at during my trip. The website states the shuttle takes guests to the theme parks. Not specifying, only to the Disney theme parks. Otherwise, this is a phenomenal hotel."
