"I reserved a room at this hotel for my mother. When I took her there and went into the room to get settled in we were horrified. The room looked made up but upon closer inspection there were bodily fluids on the sheets and in the bathroom. It is an old building and it is full of what appear to be low income vagrant type people. They were working on old cars in the parking lot, little children were running around and we witnessed what we believe was a drug deal. The area around the hotel is not a bad area so this was a very unexpected experience. The woman at the front desk was nice enough to let us out of the stay with no charges. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel."

"Staff were professional and pleasant. Upon walking out from the main lobby into interior courtyard with pool it felt more like a Super 8. We arrived in the evening ( FYI- during Spring Break and Spring Training for Baseball), and the pool was full and hot tub overflowing with teens and young adults. With all the rooms surrounding the pool area in the middle, it was loud inside the room from their yelling. Within our room- we had a room that was supposedly for up to 4 people. It had a separate bedroom in the back with two queen beds. That was was fine. But the front area with the pull out couch was awful. The mattress of the pull out was atrocious. I am not exaggerating, it was the worst! We did our best to use the couch cushions on top of the mattress, but it was so incredibly bad. The hotel room was very outdated as well. I feel that the listing online does not represent this hotel well at all. We paid over $550 CDN for one night. I would not have paid more than $200 CDN in knowing what I know now."

"Airport shuttle drivers are great… people telling you where to go to get the shuttle not so great. Hotel lobby is the best thing there, the halls are dark & feel dirty. Rooms were good, nothing special. 2 restaurants are a bit misleading. A bar with food service, limited seating. & a breakfast ( which was still closed due to early flight) Pretty expensive but it is expected since it’s Phoenix & next to hotel. "

"I arrived after travelling internationally with two children to find out that the motel cancelled my reservation because they “ could get more money from other people” I showed my confirmation from Expedia and the guy at the front desk said well call Expedia so I did and they called the front desk but the guy refused to answer the first time Expedia called, he answered the second time and ended up saying all he could offer me was a room for twice at the price I had initially booked for he then hung up on the Expedia representative. We overheard him on a phone call with his manager who was saying it’s money over people. We heard other people having similar experiences at the front desk. We heard the man offer Some people better rates if they gave promised to give him a good review. This was a horrible experience and I would not want anyone else to ever go through it. Please don’t consider staying at this property."
