"the team is doing a great job supporting guests under recently changed ownership! I stayed with one other person for a four-night work trip and it was a great alternative to a hotel - bed and sofa were comfortable, toiletries were nice and everything was well provisioned to make your stay comfortable (the kitchen has basic implements and there's in-unit washer dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in Phoenix for a work trip. "

"Beautiful property. perfect for a group of 8! ... There were minor problems with communication. Information was not clear. Had to call to clarify on entry into property using lockpad. Code was incomplete. I guess they assumed we would know how to complete the code to gain entry. Also, WiFi password what not available to us till we called to get it hours later. I think that information should be readily available on arrival. I suggest they should work on correcting these two simple issues, which...

"This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! "
