「The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「We enjoyed staying in the tent for a couple of nights for a peaceful Marrakech stay. It is a lovely place if you have a car. The animals were friendly - lots of dogs, cats, horses, birds, nature. There is a shop and restaurant on site which is very convenient. Pool and hot tub aren't open this time of year. Towels would have been nicer If they were bigger and staff didn’t clean or change towels while we stayed. 」
