Very disappointing

The stay was a must late reservation so I could not look for another otherwise I would not stay Upon arrival curtains were on the ground promised a tech to fix the problem no tech showed up An hour later was told “just live with it” WOW The bed “see photo” bathroom door does not close And TV has no channels at all

The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Points positifs - Établissement très propre - Jaouad du restaurant très sympa - logement spacieux - piscine extérieure Points négatif - la piscine couverte ferme sans raison Claire - billard et baby foot non disponible - terrain de tennis non entretenu - assez éloigné du centre - taxi pour aller au centre de marackech prohibitif 300dh - personnel d’accueil désagréable - salle de sport ouverte 3 h par jour et pas tous les jours. - carte restaurant simpliste et beaucoup de plats non disponible. - les abords de l’hôtel est un vaste chantier Bref si vous voulez un appart hôtel pour famille et que vous êtes indépendants avec votre voiture ça peut être sympa. Pour tous les autres c’est pas une bonne option Je l’avais pris en cas de météo incertaine en assurant le coup avec la piscine intérieure et des jeux et la salle de sport … et bien on s’est ennuyée et pris au piège car rien n’est annoncé comme tel sur Hôtel.com Une mise à jour s’impose

Établissement loin du centre ville " voiture obligatoire" cher pour les prestations. une piscine froide une autre loin de l appartement et pas terrible du tout .aucune ou presque aucune animation pour les enfants équipement de l appartement à l ancienne et une epicerie qui fait des prix à la tête du client bof +++
