Hotel service in the morning was also very easy and great communication from the staff. Hotel room was actually quite spacious. I wish there was a vending machine onsite because we arrived after midnight. But there was a 7-11 nearby."

"Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that staff replenished our towels and water daily. Linens are changed every other day and that's OK. I wish they would make the beds daily though. The only criticism I have is the wifi connection. It was very hard to connect on an android phone. Hit or miss. We did not use the spa but saw plenty of people taking advantage of it. Finally, I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to haneda airport. It made the start of our journey home very easy and convenient. "

"The hotel is conveniently located in the airport at Terminal 3. The staff is friendly and very helpful for checking in and out. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are a little firmer than we are used to but are comfortable enough. We were there for one night so it was good. We will stay again in the future due to the convenience of the location at the airport."
