"This is my favorite place to stay in Tokyo. Beautiful gardens and qiuet. Way more than a business hotels, even major international ones. The teppanyaki reatuarant on the grounds should not be missed."

"They will charge you extra for luggage storage for the day, for early check-in., late check-out. These was no amenities available during our visit in mid March. No pool, no hot tob, no sauna. After a long flight we arrived at the hotel at 9 AM and were exhausted. We asked for early check-in and was told it will be extra charge of $20/ hour and would have to wait untill 3 p.m. then after we signed up for their Hotel App , we could check-in at 1 PM.We were also told falsley that our room was not ready , but later learned that it was actually ready all along. "

"The hotel is well located just across from the JY Yamanote line. Also close to Tokyu Square with lots of stores and restaurants. Staff is very accommodating and helpful while the rooms are clean and well equipped. Especially loved that there was a washer/dryer right in the room."

"Good location near Kamata station and clean room, hairdryer and lots of amenities available. Only issue was how small the room was, it was difficult to navigate with 2 people, couldn't even have a big suitcase open unless it was on the bed. Also, you can hear the train station all night on the side we were on."

"Very close to Shinagawa station. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as some shops. Convenient for Haneda airport. Room is typical for a japanese hotel (small space), but adequate. We included breakfast, it was adequate."

"We love staying at Mitsui Garden Gotanda. Neighborhood is very convenient. Only wish is for more laundry facilities. Some guests with bad behavior did not unload promptly."
